Unit 2 Choice  1

1)   I feel that I can contend the faith by not only showing mercy, having peace and by loving others. But by actively doing those actions towards other, so we can surround ourselves with goodness and gladness.

2)   A.  It’s referring to our premortal excitants. Before we had bodies, we lived as sprits with our Father in Heaven and some of those sprits choose not to have the plan of happiness.

B. According to the article of faith we believe that the scripture are true as long as they are translated correctly. I feel that the in Satan and Michaels “sins” is that Michal had the desire to follow Heavenly father and to change his ways. Satan just wants glory for himself.

C. According to Jude 1:14 the Lord will have “ten thousands of his saints “ to help him with the 2^nd coming.

3) Nephi taught that the Lord gave no commandment unto the children of men without providing a way. Our Heavenly Father knows that there are false teachers so he has given us tools or resources to see throw and over come false teachers. One of the greatest tools he has given us it a member of the Godhead. The Holy Ghost, he’s there to warn us of right and wrong. We have also been given the gifts of mercy and compassion. The ability to make mistakes and have a do over because of the atonement of Christ.
